Ian has 20 years experience in a variety of roles and locations. He has worked as a business analyst, project manager and a softwear development manager roaming the world's financial markets in Bahrain, Tokyo and London in the frenetic trading room environments of major finance houses such as Citibank, Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch, Lehman Bros, HSBC, Nomura, Central Bank of Bahrain and the Bank of England, in addition to working in the oil market trading rooms and more recently in corporate insurance.
Some of the more recent projects that Ian has been involved in have been the delivery of web based solution to the professional indemnity market for a leading US insurer and developing a quotation site for another world leader in insurance. Another recent project has been to adopt the ITIL standards for the implementation of a global service desk and support system.
Ian relishes a challenge in delivering results for customers as key and can provide Project Management, Business Analysis combined with writing functional and IT specifications.
